CABANAS

Cabanas are normally no bigger than 10×12 to avoid triggering permitting/zoning implications. Common sizes are 8×8,10×10 and 10×12. All cabanas are manufactured using aluminum framing and Sunbrella 10 year warranty fabric. The Tropical J’s cabana has evolved over time. In 2025 we have settled on two models:

Model A – A cost-effective 10’x10′ model with fabric wall curtains

Model B – A more robust cabana with slat walls that is engineered to our building code.
